Could heart palpitations/sleep apnea cause lucid dreams? - is it possible to huff body spray
Sometimes I have lucid dreams where I am fully aware that I, and dream that I can not control, I try to order them for as long as possible when I am with them, but they all end the same, I've just in the dream that I dream and I woke up because I can not breathe and tried to move my body and I can not believe I look at my body and try to move them, but I suspect not only that it really strange and when you finally awake, I breathe. I do not know if it loses oxygen can lucid dreaming or lucid dreaming can cause problems induce too. Huff used to paint and I wonder whether it has a connection Bettwiesen my lucid dreams and sleep apnea, or if Mabye could include damage to the brain stem, is that possible? Help majorly Imfo am interested thanks

It could be sleep paralysis. It is when you are about to enter REM sleep, but the mind-body disconnect too. Symptoms of sleep paralysis, the sense smells, sounds, levitation, paralysis, terror, fear and images of intruders. In sleep is harmless, it is the feeling of fear. That goes for everyone, not just someone who is upset or a little excited. Google can sleep paralysis, and learn more about it.
There should be a connection between lucid dreaming and sleep apnea.
For All We Know of all, it would seem to hinder the other.
